I would like my children to dream big and have the courage to make those dreams come true despite every odd they face. Life doesn't give things on a platter to everyone so you have to do your fair share before the rewards come in. But sometimes I do fear that my children might get influenced by something negative because negativity is always easy to follow, it is more attractive.
 
The best way to manage both personal and professional life is to learn to separate them both so that they don't get mixed up. When you're at office don't think about anything else but your work and your goals, and when you're at home don't bring your work along even in your head. This comes with a conscious effort and planning but with time it becomes second nature so it's not impossible to achieve.
